Our story

Director and owner Danielle Reginato comes from humble beginnings. As a young girl from country Victoria, she has always had a deep love for beauty and the dream to leave her mark on the industry. At the age of 17, a now qualified therapist, Dani took the first step in her journey towards the success she now has today. Upon relocating to the city of Melbourne, she worked alongside some brilliant mentors and eventually decided to start working from home. Ten years on, what started as a simple home salon set up in her garage has become the luxe Beauty & Lash co we see today. Dani has distinguished herself as an industry leader and impressively has expanded both her salon and her team along the way. Dani's passion, determination and attention to detail is what makes herself and the team she's built, one of the most highly regarded in Melbourne. 

Established in 2017, Beauty & Lash co are renowned for their flawless lashes. Therapists are continually undergoing new and exciting training, so they are always at the top of their game, with waxing, spray tanning, make-up application, lash and brow lamination and brow sculpting.
